(a) processing your employment application including pre-employment checks;
(b) determining salaries, incentives, bonuses and other benefits;
(c) suitability appraisals;
(d) obtaining references and for background screening/vetting;
(e) collecting information about your financial condition;
(f ) meeting the disclosure requirements or other compliance requirements of any law, regulation or other code which Banyan Tree is required or expected to observe; and
(g) any other purposes relating to the aforesaid.
(a) any entity within the Banyan Tree corporate group;
(b) any agent, contractor, service provider, professional adviser or other third party who provides administrative, telecommunications, computer, human resources management or administration services (including but not limited to performance of pre-employment or background checks, provision or administration of benefits and services entitled by employees) or any other services to Banyan Tree;
(c) banks and financial institutions for crediting of salaries and payments;
(d) government or regulatory bodies such as the Central Provident Fund Board (CPF), the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS), and the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA);
(e) insurers or other third party service providers in connection with the provision of staff benefits and entitlements including group health insurance policy claims, which may extend to collection, use or disclosure of information relating to your medical treatment and hospitalization history and health conditions;
(f ) any person to whom Banyan Tree is under an obligation to make disclosure to meet the disclosure requirements or other compliance requirements of any law, regulation or other code which Banyan Tree is required or expected to observe; and
(g) any actual or proposed purchaser of all or part of the business of Banyan Tree, in the case of any merger, acquisition or other public offering, the purchaser or subscriber for shares in Banyan Tree.
